As Finance Manager, you'll be at the helm of financial strategy, overseeing all financial operations, managing cash flow, and supporting the business's growth. Your Role
You'll have full responsibility for overseeing financial operations, including providing essential commercial analysis, managing client spend reporting, and ensuring profitability. You'll use your commercial expertise to evaluate processes, drive efficiency, and maintain great customer service. Your role will also involve overseeing cash flow, payments, forecasting, and preparing accurate monthly management accounts.

You'll ensure timely, accurate reporting to stakeholders, manage the annual budgeting process, and align financial planning with the company's ambitious growth targets. A big part of your role will be handling payroll, VAT, corporate tax, and taxation submissions, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Plus, you'll be responsible for capital expenditure requests, financial appraisals, and completing property and insurance submissions.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or have proven experience in a similar role. You'll have experience implementing financial systems, improving processes, and managing payroll functions. You're a natural leader with a passion for mentoring and developing a team. You're proficient in Sage Cloud and other financial systems, and you have a proven ability to present financial data in a clear and actionable way. Above all, you have a proactive, adaptable attitude and a strong desire to make a tangible difference in a growing company.
