Reed Accountancy are representing a global, high demanding and dynamic organisation here in Teesside, who are now expanding due to the increased demand of upcoming construction and operational maintenance projects and consequently, looking to recruit a Project Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.Working with Senior Project Controllers, supporting the financial project control of complex and large-scale projects, this role is best suited for someone at the beginning of their career, who can be trained up to the businesses processes and procedures. Day-to-day of the job:
- Compile financial and management reports in line with company financial guidelines.
- Managing day-to-day accounting activities.
- Support audits and assisting with the preparing of cash flow and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including project milestones and payment applications.
- Learn from other Project Controllers to gain experience and progress to a senior role.
Skills & Qualifications essential to this role:
- Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Economics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of accounting and controls.
- Experience working in a project delivery environment.
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
