Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Head of Financial Management for an organisation based in Middlesbrough. This is a fixed term contract for 9 months.

Responsibilities of the Head of Financial Management include:

  • Coordinate financial performance, planning and reporting activities and functions across the organisation
  • Develop and oversee the Costing Transformation Programme, developing system and processes to improve decision-making
  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the financial management teams to provide financial information and responsive business partnering, advice and support
  • Set the direction and objectives of the financial management teams
  • Develop and oversee the financial performance framework

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a fully CCAB qualified accountant
  • Have strong post qualified experience in a similar role
  • Have proven experience of financial management within a large organisation
