- 2 - 3 days per week based on site in North Yorkshire

- A salary of £74290 - 85,601 depending upon relevant experience and previous NHS service (Band 8c)
- Coordinate financial planning activities and develop long-term financial plans
- Manage core financial management activities and oversee all financial reporting
- Develop and oversee the financial performance framework and costing transformation programme
- Lead and coordinate the activities of financial management teams
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to the Deputy Director of Finance
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior finance colleagues across the healthcare system
- Play a key role in promoting an organizational culture that actively promotes the Trust's Vision and Values
- CCAB qualification with current registration with a professional body
- Post-qualification experience at a senior level in the NHS
- Extensive experience of advising and working with senior managers and directors in a large, complex organisations
- Proven experience of managing teams to deliver complex change programmes
- Strong analytical, numeric, and critical reasoning skills
- Advanced influencing, negotiating, and communication skills
- Experience of NHS Foundation Trust regime and developing medium and long-term financial plans
