Are you a Qualified Early Years Practitioner?Are you passionate about working with young children?

Are you able to adapt well to different settings and challenges?Empowering Learning are looking for experienced Early Years Practitioners to work in Private Day Nurseries and Early Years Settings in Primary School settings within the Middlesbrough area.

To be successful as an Early Years Practitioner you will be passionate in helping to shape young minds and work as a team to provide a high level of care and support to the children within the setting and will feel confident working in the different rooms with children of different ages.The successful Early Years Practitioner will:

  • Hold a minimum level 2 or above Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one
  • Have previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • Can build relationships with colleagues, children, and parents
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging
  • Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with children and adults
