This business works in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), specifically Steel Framing Systems (SFS). The company fosters a developmental culture that supports the growth and advancement of its staff through the business into more senior roles, every member of staff receives quarterly appraisals with specialised development programs to get them to the next stage of their career. They are currently going through a remarkable period of growth with a strong order book, so are now hiring a few Estimators to join their close-knit commercial team.
In this role, you will be assisting the other Estimators / Quantity Surveyors with several duties including: Logging inquiries, producing quotes, budgeting, preparing proposals, and effectively communicating with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontract labour. This is an office-based role in Middlesbrough with occasional site travel.
The ideal candidate will either have some experience in estimating or a graduate looking for the first step in their career. You will have a desire to receive training, work in a close-knit team, and progress your career within a rapidly growing company.

The Role:
*Junior Estimator/Quantity Surveyor, supporting a variety of commercial activities

The Person:
*Graduate in a relevant field or some previous estimating experience
*Proficient with Excel
*UK Driving license
