Reed Business Support are currently working with a leading distributor with over 30 years’ in their industry who are based in Middlesbrough, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties:
- Receiving customer orders via email / phone
- Inputting orders onto the CRM system
- Processing sales orders from a varied customer base
- Allocating purchase order numbers against invoicesÂ
- Answering inbound calls
- Dealing with order progress queries
- Dealing with general pricing queries
- Providing quotations on requestÂ
- Opening post/email and passing them to the correct departments
The successful candidate will be/have:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), use of CRM software
- Previous sales administration experience is desirableÂ
- Working to deadlinesÂ
- Able to multi-taskÂ
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
