This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Department where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, handling inquiries, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing excellent customer service and product information
  • Assist with quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to support the wider sales team
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales, orders, and customer interactions
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts to aid decision-making

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Services/ Sales Administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with internal sales systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
