Reed Business Support are currently working with a leading distributor with over 30 years’ in their industry who are based in Middlesbrough, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties:

  • Receiving customer orders via email / phone
  • Inputting orders onto the CRM system
  • Processing sales orders from a varied customer base
  • Allocating purchase order numbers against invoices 
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Dealing with order progress queries
  • Dealing with general pricing queries
  • Providing quotations on request 
  • Opening post/email and passing them to the correct departments

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), use of CRM software
  • Previous sales administration experience is desirable 
  • Working to deadlines 
  • Able to multi-task 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
