Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of sales and operational processes, including:
- Monitoring and assessing the cost impacts of client revisions.
- Inputting sales orders and creating detailed work orders.
- Identifying chargeable extras and raising purchase requisitions.
- Contributing to IT system improvements and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generating new business through proactive calls and marketing initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Preparing and submitting client quotations with precision and efficiency.
- Updating the CRM system and submitting monthly performance reports.
- Managing credit terms, overdue accounts, and resolving invoice queries.
