The Role
- Leading the estimation process for Load Bearing LSF projects and other services.
- Mentoring and overseeing junior estimators, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all estimates.
- Managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the tender process, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure timely and competitive quotes.
The Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, ideally within structural steel or construction.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and complex projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for value engineering.
