About the Role: We are seeking a talented, passionate, and versatile Salesforce Developer with a growth mindset and a commitment to technical excellence. As a key member of our agile development community, you will build and maintain our Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with our in-house platform, while embracing industry best practices and standards. Your highly collaborative style will help nurture a culture of growth and learning, and you will demonstrate the courage and resilience to persevere when faced with new challenges.

Who You Are: You are passionate about software development, demonstrated through blogging, contributions to open-source projects, attending tech events, and personal projects. You have a strong understanding of Clean Code practices, Object Orientation, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Governor Limits, and Salesforce Best Practices. With experience in a similar Salesforce Developer role and relevant qualifications such as Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator, you are proficient across the Salesforce Ecosystem, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. You are growth-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to meet the changing needs of the platform and our customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of your audience, are essential. You value building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and are curious and innovative, with a desire to find optimal technical solutions.

What You’ll Do: In this role, you will:

  • Develop solutions to the required quality, design, coding, performance, and security standards in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Provide production support through investigations of incidents, triage, and fixes.
  • Test solutions thoroughly, prioritizing the use of automated testing standards and techniques.
  • Use a mixture of Low Code and Click-driven solutions alongside more customized coded and developed options when required.
  • Create and support custom Lightning Web Components, triggers, and scheduled batch jobs.
  • Ensure quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Take collective ownership of the platform, responding to its needs for stability and availability.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for proposed solution development.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community.
