Key Responsibilities:
- Selling technical products and services to new and existing clients through telesales, social media, and marketing activities
- Building long-term relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
- Booking appointments for the field sales team and supporting their efforts to convert leads into successful deals
- Generating and following up on leads from various sources, including cold and warm calls, as well as the company website
- Contributing to the company’s growth and success by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
Job Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience and a track record of delivering sales results
- Interest in IT and technology, with the ability to understand and promote technical products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building

- Desk-based role located in Middlesbrough
- Generous commission structure - OTE £35,000 +
