This role is dedicated to their renal dialysis unit. Within this role, you will have full responsibility for one or several clinics, ensuring you meet financial performance objectives whilst ensuring excellent communication with all stakeholders.

What’s on offer?

£50,000 - £54,000 basic salary plus benefits!

Ideal Requirements for a Clinic Manager

  • Level 1 Nurse Registered with the NMC, and a post - basic qualification in renal nursing.
  • Experience in Haemodialysis and ability to lead nursing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of specialist nurses and practitioners
  • Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers.

Role Responsibilities for a Clinic Manager

  • Demonstrate effective clinical management, including budget planning and cost control.
  • Full operational and clinical management of the clinic(s), maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  • Supervising, training and supporting staff, promoting continuous professional development.
