Dovetail and Slate are working with a college in North Yorkshire to recruit a dedicated Teacher of Engineering to join their A-Level team on a 0.4 FTE basis. What You'll Be Doing:

* Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Engineering* Provide both hands-on and theoretical instruction to support learner development* Design lesson plans that connect academic learning to industry-relevant applications* Collaborate with colleagues to improve student engagement and outcomes* Support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression* Use digital tools and technology to enhance lesson delivery

What We're Looking For:

* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a relevant Degree (Essential)* GCSEs in English and Maths* A teaching qualification* Knowledge and experience in teaching Engineering* Strong classroom and time management skills* Confidence in using digital platforms and teaching technology
