Salary: £75 - £100 per day

GSL Education is currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for schools in Middlesbrough.

Job Summary:The role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in schools are multifaceted, designed to support both the teaching staff and students in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across various subjects.
Provide focused support to small groups of students, helping to boost their confidence and academic achievement.
Work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the classroom and school activities.

Requirements:

HLTA status or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Proven experience working with children in an educational setting.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all students.
