  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Job Centres, stakeholders, employers, and learners.
  • Plan and develop a robust pipeline of learners for a range of training courses.
  • Drive learner engagement through innovative strategies and targeted outreach.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to actively promote the business and courses available to local communities and employers.
  • Offer employability support, skills development and opportunities to learners and employers.
  • Ensure delivery excellence in all regional operations, fostering growth and maintaining the organisation’s reputation for quality.
Essential Criteria:
  • Strong leadership abilities and a proactive approach to managing operations and drive business growth.
  • A track record of success in learner engagement and recruitment for training programmes.
