Reed HR are supporting an organisation in the North East looking for 3-month temporary HR cover. You will collaborate with the HR Business Partnering team to provide a timely and efficient case management service, handling all processes related to absence, employee relations, capability, and probation, while ensuring a customer-centric and legally compliant approach.Â
This is a roam role (a mixture of home working and travel across the North East - predominantly Teesside).Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide caseload of complex people related issues relating to absence, employee relations, capability, and probation
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers to enable them to provide best practice solutions
- Someone who is personally credible, with a ‘common sense’ approach to solving people management issues. You’ll also be able to balance legal and operational requirements
- Experience of managing employee relations, absence and medical capability cases is essential, along with good working knowledge of current employment legislation
