We are excited to announce that our client in Hartlepool is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Officer to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide top-notch HR advice and support, streamline HR processes, and lead recruitment efforts.
- Manage staff onboarding, absences, and promote staff welfare.
- Handle administrative tasks, maintain personnel records, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Tackle grievances, disciplinary meetings, and performance management with confidence.
- Deliver coaching to line managers and work closely with the Payroll Administrator on job changes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years as an HR coordinator or in a relevant HR role.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Minimum CIPD Level 3.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Friendly, proactive, and self-motivated with a keen interest in HR and organisational development.
