Commercial Systems Analyst – Industrial Services

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Systems Analyst to spearhead the deployment of operational work order systems within for our industrial services client. The ideal candidate will be adept at digital solution delivery, project management, and process optimisation, ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual support upon project completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Champion the use of systems to drive operational excellence.
• Capture and articulate short to long-term business requirements.
• Facilitate feedback sessions to align system functionality with evolving business needs.
• Seamlessly integrate project changes and support into the business-as-usual environment.
• Manage project resources, including coordination with third-party vendors.
• Create and deliver training resources to enhance user system engagement and data analysis capabilities.
• Support the development and maintenance of ‘low code’ applications in line with organisational architecture.
• Design and implement workflow and process automation solutions.
• Provide support to fellow Digital Analysts during peak project periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years in a comparable role, with hands-on experience in similar systems.
• Expertise in system development, testing, and implementation.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to simplify complex information.
• The capacity to excel in a complex, fast-paced, and globally integrated business setting.
• Familiarity with low code and process automation platforms such as PowerPlatform & Nintex.
• Background in operational/maintenance systems.
• Experience within the Engineering, Construction, or Industrial Services sectors.
