Role Overview:

  • Provide 1st line desktop and network support to users and systems.
  • Provide 1st line application support and troubleshooting including LAN / WAN and wireless.
  • Prioritise tickets logged according to impact/urgency.
  • Escalate incident tickets via the correct channels when required.
  • Maintain Service management, logging of all incidents, service requests and changes within the system and ensuring they are kept up to date.

What You Would Bring:

  • Previous experience working in an IT service desk environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Passion for IT and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2016 and 365.
