The Role

This Middlesbrough based business are looking for an eager and enthusiastic candidate with a desire to develop and progress within Software Support and Business Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient resolution of IT Systems incidents, whilst ensuring customers receive a great level of support and satisfaction.
