Jackson Hogg are delighted to be partnered with a leading Teesside based business in the search for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team.

This position will report directly into the Head of HSEQ and will be required to travel to multiple sites across the UK when required. Hybrid working is included.

Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities

  • Champion, advise and support quality management throughout the business.
  • Act as on expert referral point for complex quality issues.
  • Support input into the business risk registers.
  • Support development of quality gateway reviews.
  • Oversee and facilitate development of the Business Management System and ISO certification to maximise efficiency and business focus to achieve customer satisfaction and business effectiveness.
  • Lead and oversee the HSEQ audit programme and activity of the internal auditors to deliver audit requirements.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify requirements and quality improvement opportunities, facilitate development of action plans and monitor delivery.
  • Work in alignment with the Continuous Improvement Function on delivery of Quality Improvement programme.
  • Provide specialist quality advice and support as required, manage issues and problems as they arise and act as stakeholder liaison and communication interface between teams.
  • Lead development and dissemination of reactive Quality communication.
  • Support supply chain management by participating in supplier evaluations, performance monitoring and supplier audits.
