Daily Duties:- Providing technical support across the business, ensuring IT systems run smoothly.
- Working closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
- Managing and maintaining key infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Assisting with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
- Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.
