IT TechnicianMidddlesbrough/Hybrid£25,000 - £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to staff across the operation, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of office and production line IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing best practices in data protection.
- Support the rollout of new software and system upgrades.
- Assist with project work, including IT infrastructure improvements and system migrations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a first-line IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of IT security practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
