Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support to staff across the operation, ensuring all systems are running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of office and production line IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.

Requirements:
