Multi Skilled Engineer (Production)

£35,000 - £40,000 (OTE £45 - 50k) + Training + Progression + Excellent Overtime Rate (1.5x) + Yearly Bonus

Are you an Engineer with Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical maintenance knowledge, looking join a company that values your expertise, allowing you to further progress your skills through extensive training and the opportunity to progress through the company with a great rewards package including excellent overtime rates and yearly bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, industry leading manufacturer in the waste management sector. They are looking to double their head count and turnover within the next three years, meaning progression opportunities are readily available throughout the company.

In this role you will be working alongside a small team of engineers, manufacturing and refurbishing bespoke waste management equipment, carrying out inspections, troubleshooting and finding unique solutions to overcome any issues.

This role would suit a Multi Skilled Engineer from an Electrical, Mechanical or Hydraulic background looking for the opportunity to progress their skills through training, increase earnings through excellent overtime rates and progress through the company.

The Role:

  • Manufacturing bespoke Waste Management Equipment
  • Carrying out Inspections and Troubleshooting Equipment
  • 40 hour working week with early finish on Friday
