Key Responsibilities:
- Organising product shipments to ensure they arrive at their destinations efficiently
- Coordinating transport arrangements with subcontracted logistics providers
- Managing delivery schedules to meet customer expectations with minimal delays
- Preparing and managing essential documentation for despatch and exports
- Tracking orders to ensure traceability and accurate records
- Acting as a key contact between internal teams and transport companies to address delivery updates or issues
- Supporting loading operations and ensuring compliance with customer requirements
