Our client is a reputable law firm specialising in providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation/Commercial Paralegal to join their dynamic team and support our litigation and commercial law departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, trial preparation, and client correspondence.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Manage and track case-related deadlines, filings, and court appearances.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and filing documents.
- Support the preparation of trial and hearing materials, including exhibits and witness lists.
- Assist with the discovery process, including document review and production.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in law, legal studies, or a related field.
