The Role:
We are seeking motivated Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will handle a variety of standard commercial property work, offering expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a broad caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related documents and agreements.
- Conducting due diligence and property searches.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer, NQ+
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and related legal principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive and client-focused approach.
