We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support our client's team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is crucial to the team’s success and offers flexible working hours of 15-20 hours per week.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Manage and organise project documentation and files.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other correspondence.
