What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental policies, including incident reporting and management, safety walks, and risk mitigation.
  • Managing logistics such as deliveries, collections, breakdowns, and servicing.
  • Handle administrative tasks including document management, invoice reconciliation, and processing orders.

Who You Are:

  • Experience in customer service and hire/sales order processing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate situations and find effective solutions.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
