Elvet Recruitment are recruiting an Assistant SiteManageron behalf of an established and expanding constructioncontractor to run projects across the North East.
Projects cover a wide range of building works delivered as principal contractor including:, commercial builds, industrial builds, Residential, Healthcare, Education etc. Projects cover new build and some refurb/fit out works and are valued between 250k and 10m.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage site team and supply chain to deliver projects toquality targets and deadlines.
- Produce construction phase plans and programming works.
- Co-ordination of various sub-contractors and direct delivery teams.
- Progress reports and meetings with senior management and clients.
- Ordering materials for site and managing supply chain.
- Daily site diaries & briefings.
Experience required:
Must have:
- Minimum 2 years experience managingconstruction projects covering new build & refurbishment with values of 2m+.
- Qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are essential.
- Degreeor HNC/HND qualified is beneficial.
Beneficial:
- Previous experience of working as a Site Engineer on new build & refurb schemes
Remuneration:
A salary of up to 45,000 (dependant upon experience) plus package.
