Operations Manager - Steel Industry

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager within a well-established company in the steel industry. The role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient running of projects and operations across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth work flow across departments.
  • Ensure the efficient and safe management of steel projects, from initial planning through to completion.
  • Manage resources, time lines, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
