As the Production Manager, you will:
- Oversee and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and 5S principles
- Manage production workflows to ensure schedules and targets are met
- Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and engineering teams to support production needs
- Implement KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coach and train team members while maintaining a positive, productive work environment
- Liaise with management to resolve issues and align on priorities
