Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
Shifts: 09.00am to 18.00 Monday to Friday + every other weekend.
Essential:

You'll be providing care and support to a client, whose individual needs include:
- Peg feeding
- Support with going out within the community
- Autism
- Moving and handling
- Personal care
- Medication administration

Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
