Mechanical Project Manager

Imperial Recruitment Group have got a fantastic Permanent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager with a Leading Building Services Engineering Solutions who provide end-to-end solutions for critical power and mechanical systems.

Location: MiddlesboroughWorking Hours: Full TimeJob Type: PermanentSalary: NegotiableAbout the Role: We’re seeking a passionate Mechanical Project Manager who will be Managing projects and overseeing the installation of systems ensuring the works are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating costs of the mechanical installations and negotiating with Subcontractors.
• Liaising with Subcontractors, Design / Project Teams and Clients.
• Liaising with the sub-contractors, design/project teams, Client and deploy labour and materials as required.
• Design of mechanical services, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
• Pipework design for general building services and a knowledge of generator pipework installations.
• Preparation of detailed design mechanical calculations.

Qalifications/Skills:

• HNC or equivalent in mechanical service
• Experience of AutoCAD and/or BIM software would be advantageous.
