Working as part of a busy finance department. This position is working as a Payroll Administrator in a well-established, respectable company where you will be responsible for the weekly, four weekly and monthly processing of multiple payrolls.
Duties will include:
- Processing four weekly payroll (end to end)
- Processing expenses ensuring all figures balance
- Dealing with travel expenses and
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing SSP/SMP/SPP
- Processing information relating to AOE, Child support agency and DWP
- Processing BACS payments
- Manual Tax and NI Calculations
- Reconciliation of payroll
Experience/Skills:
- Experience working in a busy payroll department (1000 employees approx.)
- Understanding of PAYE/ Auto-enrolment pensions
- Strong IT knowledge and able to operate MS Excel spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
