- Oversee the entire payroll process
- Handle the processing of payroll payments
- Ensure precise salary calculations in different currencies
- Conduct UK and international salary payments via BACS and Faster Payment
- Reconcile payroll and pension accounts and prepare annual payroll reports
- Administer new hires, terminations, and changes to contracts
- Maintain compliance with legal and company requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to address payroll-related queries
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and general ad-hoc duties relevant to post
- Experience within payroll administration
- Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Office
- A strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on confidentiality
- The ability to problem-solve and work within a team-oriented environment.
