Full Job Description:

As a Service Engineer with our client, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in domestic and social housing properties across the NE, SR, TS, DL, DH and YO. postcodes.

Your duties will include responding to scheduled maintenance and emergency callouts, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with tenants, housing associations, and the wider engineering team to deliver reliable and efficient services. Maintaining accurate records and adapting to the demands of a large coverage area will be key to your success in this role

Requirements:

  • Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • LPG, UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
  • Understanding of gas legislation
  • Full driving license
