Technical Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Food Safety & Compliance:
- Leading HACCP reviews and food safety culture initiatives.
- Managing QMS validations, including allergen and metal detection.
- Ensuring daily compliance through micro screenings and calibration schedules.
- Operational Oversight:
- Overseeing pest control programs and hygiene functions.
- Handling customer complaints, traceability audits, and supplier NCR submissions.
- Driving stock accuracy improvements and ensuring seamless site operations.
- Team Leadership:
- Training and developing the Quality Manager team with professional development plans.
- Conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of food safety systems, HACCP, and factory standards.
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Qualifications: HACCP Level 4 and Food Safety Level 4 certifications are essential.
