Exciting Opportunity: Technical Manager Role in Food Production A leading food production company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Manager to oversee food safety, quality, and compliance. Technical Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Food Safety & Compliance:
    • Leading HACCP reviews and food safety culture initiatives.
    • Managing QMS validations, including allergen and metal detection.
    • Ensuring daily compliance through micro screenings and calibration schedules.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Overseeing pest control programs and hygiene functions.
    • Handling customer complaints, traceability audits, and supplier NCR submissions.
    • Driving stock accuracy improvements and ensuring seamless site operations.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Training and developing the Quality Manager team with professional development plans.
    • Conducting performance reviews and fostering a high-performing team environment.
The Ideal Candidate: The company is looking for someone with:
  • Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of food safety systems, HACCP, and factory standards.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
