Empowering Learning are urgently recruiting Primary Teachers for various roles across Teesside for long term assignments, short term assignments and day to day cover for those that want the flexibility to work when they want.

You will need to have previous experience of working in a UK Primary School and will hold a Degree/PGCE with QTS.

Also, you will need to hold a current Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

The applicant should be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent practice in Teaching and Learning
  • An ability to inspire and motivate children to learn through stimulating and original ideas
  • Great knowledge of the curriculum
  • Hold a PGCE with QTS qualification
  • An understanding of the key role of assessment, leading to pupil progress
  • The ability to work well in a range of teams and promote excellent outcomes for all our children
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with children, parents and support services
  • A creative and enthusiastic approach
  • A specialist subject/interest in an area that would benefit our pupils
