The Production Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production operations. Key responsibilities include:

Production Line Management: Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of production lines.
Quality Control: Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a large team of production operatives.
