The Production Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing production operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production Line Management: Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of production lines.
  • Quality Control: Monitoring product quality throughout the production process.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a large team of production operatives.
  • Safety Management: Promoting and enforcing a strong safety culture across the site.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards
