We are looking for a PMO Business Partner to join a transformation across multiple programmes developing next generation public services. This role is an initial 2 year fixed term contract.

This pivotal role supports the delivery and governance of key transformation projects and programmes, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver targeted benefits.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and enhance the Programme and Project Management Framework to ensure consistent and professional project delivery.
  • Analyse project documentation to maintain delivery standards and alignment with the strategic goals.
  • Provide guidance on business case development, project planning, and monitoring arrangements.
  • Track project statuses, ensuring accurate reporting and communication with the board.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective programme and project management.
  • Identify and manage risks and interdependencies within the transformation portfolio.
  • Support the implementation of management structures and tools for effective delivery of projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in programme and project management within a structured governance framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and team support.
  • Skilled in the use of project management frameworks and tools.
