Your new companyThis very successful Wealth Management / Investment and Financial Services provider prides themselves on their loyal, ever-growing client base.Due to continued business growth, they now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join them, supporting the Investment Team Director as an Associate with a clear, long-term career path provided.Your new roleFull study support is provided as part of the role.Dealing with and responding to inbound queries from clients and third parties.Arranging client meetings and confirmations.Preparing all the company's standard documents for client meetings, including opening of new client files.Accurately maintain client records in accordance with internal compliance requirements, updating personal details and policy information on various back-office software systems.Conducting research support for finance products and funds.Audit of client files.Assisting with general compliance duties to include updating policies when changes are introduced by the Financial Conduct Authority.Maintaining financial records and data entry using SAGE Accounts.Financial administration.Supporting the Directors with ad-hoc duties.What you'll need to succeedA professional manner, with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients.Strong Excel reporting skills.Highly numerical and organised with a good eye for detail.You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
