- Manage reception duties including answering phones and welcoming guests.
- Assist walk-ins by directing them to the waiting area and providing refreshments.
- Handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality with all interactions.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and responding to emails.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience using a CRM system.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with maturity and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
