Your new role
- Raising job folders, keeping installation files for all jobs up to date
- Raising jobs and entering pricing
- Raise PO's against jobs
- Check supplier invoice pricing against raised PO's
- Entering commissioning sheets, send to customers
- Recording FGAS - Experience would be preferred
- Booking training courses for Engineers, making sure certificates/licences don't expire
- Booking accommodation for Engineers when appropriate
- Answering incoming calls
- Ad hoc admin
