Are you based in the Teeside/Middlesbrough area and seeking a new opportunity working for an established Recruitment Agency across both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions in the area. With a hot database you already have a warm start working alongside a proactive line manager.
Your role will involve mapping the area, identifying key roles and clients, and building lasting relationships. As a key player in our team, you'll showcase your expertise in recruitment processes, terminology, and exceptional communication skills to manage the full 360 cycle effectively.
Flexibility is crucial as demands can change rapidly, requiring you to work under pressure while still enjoying the dynamic nature of recruitment! To be considered you MUST already work in a similar role, already know all processes and terminology and demonstrate a stable CV and career to date.
Salary on offer is 30k DOE plus bonus and benefits, working Monday-Friday.
