Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant
Location: Middlesbrough
Pay rate: £88 - £120 per day
Start date: ASAP

Your Role:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Help students develop essential skills, including communication, social interaction, and problem-solving.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage positive behaviour and support students in managing challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for helping students and a commitment to their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the varying needs of students.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
- A proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
